SHOT BLASTING MACHINE SPECIALIZED FOR ALUMINUM RINGS

Designed for shot blasting for aluminum and has been widely praised.
Combines the advantages of platen type shot blasting machine and double shaft hanging type continuous shot blasting machines. The aluminum wheel rims are placed on the platen, with the shot blasting performed by the mechanism of spinning and rotation.
The machine can be integrated with robotic arms of the production line in the plant, which increases productivity, lowers the risk of industrial injuries and includes economical aspects.
Specialized tooling accessories are optional based on customer’s requirements.
Features multi-station shot blasting, the number of station ranges from two to four, as requested by customers. The design is for non-stop shot blasting. Safety devices are well-equipped for the transfer among stations.
